Mr.Hedley welcomed me, introduced the other interviewers
and asked me to introduce myself. I greeted the interviewers and talked
for about a minute and a half about myself and then came all the
questions.
As expected, the panel asked me about my prior experiences,
ability to handle pressure, my goals and what I am capable of.
I answered all the questions normally, but what I liked the most was
that the company will allow me complete freedom in how and where to do my job
as long as it is done properly Another thing I liked was the ability
to give my opinion and suggestions regarding any projects in the
company with total freedom and an open heart
to achieve better results. There were no trick questions
or investigative ones and the interview went well.
When they asked my about my personal interests I
talked about travel and didn't feel shy to express my love to try different kinds
of food, I stated that part of the travel experience is to try the
food of the country you are visiting otherwise you might be missing
on a big part of the culture and the experience I also mentioned that
I have been to Italy, Canada and Japan for different reasons and I
have tried pancakes, pizza, pasta and sushi. Frog legs came into the discussion when
I said I would like to try them and Mr.Hedley said they are no different than chicken legs
if you don’t think about what you are eating and eat normally.
At the end, Mr.Hedley told
me I have done well and thanked me and the other two interviewers for the
interview and said they will contact me back.
